The Battle of Ulm, was part of the War of the Third Coalition, which in turn was a chapter in the Napoleonic Wars.

Austria, led by Baron Karl Mack von Leiberich, faced France, led by Napoleon I.

Austria with 72,000 men surrendered, Napoleon, with 210,000 men won.
