Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen, 1845 - 1923
WILHELM CONRAD RöNTGEN
1845 - 1923

Wilhelm was a smart man. He was German and a physicist. He also discovered X-rays. In 1901, this was well worth the first Nobel Prize for Physics.

The first X-ray ever taken was that of Mrs W C Roentgen's hand.

Here is Wilhelm's Nobel Prize biography.

And here is Bertha's hand.
