LOUIS VII
1120 - 1180


Louis was also called Louis the Younger. His family was the Capetian dynasty.

Louis' enemy was Henry II of England, with whom he shared a wife, although not at the same time. Louis VII was married to Eleanor of Aquitaine from 1137-1152. Henry was married to the same Eleanor 1152-1204.

Louis was king of France 1137 - 1180.
