HESIOD LIVED AROUND 700 BC
Hesiod was from Greece, where they called him Hesiodos. He was a Greek poet.
Around the year 700 BC, Hesiod composed his works Theogony and Works and Days.
Theogony describes the life of the gods, Works and Days describes the life of the humans.
