BATTLE OF QUEBEC
SEPTEMBER 13, 1759

The Battle of Quebec is also called the Battle of the Plains of Abraham and was part of the French and Indian War, which in turn was an extension of the Seven Years' War.

After a two-months Siege of Quebec, the French, led by the Marquis de Montcalm, were defeated by the British, led by General James Wolfe.

Both, Montcalm and Wolfe lost their lives.
