Head of the
Provisional Government
Kerensky was a
Russian revolutionary.
After the
February
Revolution of 1917, and after
Georgy Y. Lvov, Kerensky
became the second prime minister of the
Provisional Government.
After the
October Revolution of 1917,
Kerensky went into hiding.
Kerensky was unique in that he was the only man
brave enough to hold jobs in the
Petrograd Soviet and the Provisional Government.
After the
February (March)
Revolution, Kerensky became the
Minister of Justice under
Georgy Lvov.
